2. Product Information & Usage Rules
Our store mainly provides DIY crochet kit products, including animal crochet kits and flower crochet kits. All product pictures, descriptions, tutorials and specifications are for reference only. We strive to ensure accuracy; however, slight color difference and subtle texture deviation may exist due to yarn batches, shooting light and display devices.
All DIY kits are designed for beginner handcraft entertainment. Unopened products follow our return policy, while opened or used kits are non-returnable, which is clearly stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Maestro payments. All transactions are processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card data on our servers.
All prices are displayed in USD. Bank conversion fees or international transaction fees charged by your card issuer are not under our control and shall be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery Rules
We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States and cooperate exclusively with UPS for domestic delivery. Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Shipping transit time varies by region and logistics status.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, bad weather, UPS official logistics backlog, incorrect customer address or personal receipt problems.
5. Return, Refund & Cancellation Rules
Order cancellation is only available before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled directly and must follow the return process.
All refund applications will be reviewed by our team. After approval, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. The actual bank arrival time depends on your card issuer’s processing rules.
Opened, used or manually modified DIY crochet kits do not support return or refund, complying with our official after-sales policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All website texts, product descriptions, pictures, designs, tutorials and graphic content are our exclusive intellectual property. No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or use our content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
